Identify value opportunities, new products, and monetization strategies through continuous market analysis. Lead working groups for launching new products or campaigns, fostering synergy among multidisciplinary teams such as Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations. Analyze sales processes and business health, monitoring profit and loss variables to alert on potential deviations and propose user experience improvements.

Requirements

4 years of experience in analysis, strategy, or product management roles within banking, insurance, or fintech industries. University degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in data querying and visualization tools such as advanced SQL and Excel, with desirable experience in platforms like Python, R, Looker, or Tableau.
