Judicial Recovery Lead

Redesign the judicial recovery process for scale and automation, collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams. Build relationships with courts and authorities to improve case handling and admission rates. Manage external counsel and providers, focusing on cost and turnaround times. Lead and grow a small team of lawyers and legal assistants, defining responsibilities and setting KPIs.

Must have a Mexican law degree with cédula profesional in good standing. Solid experience in mercantile litigation and/or debt recovery, typically 7+ years, including leadership experience. Deep knowledge of the Mexican court system and collections processes. Working proficiency in English is required.

Ownership of a function that does not yet exist in this form at any bank in Mexico, with the mandate and budget to build it.
