Consolidate and analyze recruitment data to ensure governance, quality, and productivity in talent acquisition processes.

Bachelor's degree. Experience in selection processes within dynamic sectors such as logistics, supply chain, industry, retail, or customer service, focusing on new unit openings and expansion plans. Experience in project management or PMO. Experience in data analysis and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI).
