Instructional Design Team Lead

Lead a team of 7 Instructional Designers, focusing on hiring, development, mentoring, and performance management. Design end-to-end learning experiences that address real business challenges and define measurable outcomes. Create high-quality learning content and continuously improve learning solutions based on data and feedback.

Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning & Development is required. Experience as a Senior Instructional Designer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, with a product mindset and C1 English level.
