Core Responsibilities

Validate and check payroll for all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance before final approval. Conduct the homologation process and verify labor and social security charges. Perform monthly accounting reconciliation and support audit processes. Maintain controls and evidence of processes under responsibility and prepare payroll information for recurring processes with other areas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation, with mastery of the end-to-end payroll process. Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, SAP HCM, Senior or similar) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Intermediate English proficiency.
