Benefits and Payroll Specialist

Deliver flawless, timely multi-state payroll for all exempt and non-exempt employees. Act as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, translating complex policies into clear guidance. Manage the post-payroll funding process for 401(k) deferrals and oversee day-to-day benefits operations. Conduct regular internal audits of payroll and benefits records to protect data hygiene.

3+ years of experience in multi-state payroll and benefits administration. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Proven track record managing multi-state payroll compliance and leading internal audits. Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and HRIS/Payroll platforms.

The salary range for this role is $107,000 - $123,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and three weeks paid vacation.
