Core Responsibilities
Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding invoices. Contact clients to encourage timely payments and resolve billing inquiries. Analyze aging reports related to invoicing activities and achieve monthly targets. Work closely with the billing team to track billing transactions and assist with their requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Collections Analyst with 3 years in collections, customer service, or accounting. Proficient in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English.
