Lead a team focused on acquiring and developing key clients in Argentina for the digital payments business, managing the end-to-end commercial process using consultative sales best practices to meet and exceed business objectives. Coach team members during client meetings, emphasizing the teaching and development of negotiation and commercial techniques for each individual.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Finance, or related fields, coupled with 5 years of experience in commercial roles and team leadership. Knowledge of payment methods, retail, or mobile is desirable.
