Core Responsibilities

Identify and improve critical customer journeys by applying strategic planning. Negotiate and manage resources efficiently to maximize operations. Continuously evaluate ways to increase productivity using new tools and artificial intelligence. Structure and control remote operations, ensuring the application of NS and reduction of PAs. Create executive reports and presentations focusing on positive customer impact opportunities.

Requirements

Previous experience in BPO, operations control, planning, and continuous improvement of remote operations. Bachelor's degree required. Technical knowledge in SQL, continuous improvement, Excel, and data lake. Desired experience with AI tools, LLM, and data engineering. Skills in data manipulation and engineering are essential.
