What You'll Do
Ensure the correct operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources based on priorities to maximize productivity. Support the Store Manager in fulfilling administrative processes of the store, including inventory management and human resources.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of proven experience in similar roles leading teams. Knowledge of metrics related to the operation of a minimarket or supermarket. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
