Senior Real Estate Manager, Global Realty - Brazil

Manage a high volume deal flow of large, complex existing building leases and build to suit transactions. Innovate and execute processes to ensure the complete cycle from site search through deal execution is completed consistently and predictably. Collaborate with Amazon operations, legal, finance, and other groups to deliver successful projects.

Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment. Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities are essential.
