Key Responsibilities: Open insurance claims and obtain claim numbers and adjuster information. Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status and documentation. Request and track medical records, billing statements, and police reports. Draft letters requesting records and legal correspondence using firm templates. Conduct independent online research to locate contact information and claim processes. Assist in demand preparation and case organization. Support drafting of complaints, discovery, motions, and litigation documents as skills develop. Maintain accurate case tracking across 60+ active matters. Provide prompt communication and confirmation of task completion.
Requirements
Qualifications: Experience supporting U.S.-based Personal Injury or litigation law firms. Paralegal certification or law degree preferred. Experience communicating with insurance companies and medical providers. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proven ability to work independently without step-by-step supervision. Reliable high-speed internet with a backup solution. Ability to consistently make outbound calls to U.S. landlines. Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting 50+ active cases simultaneously. Familiarity with U.S. court filing procedures. Experience drafting litigation documents independently.
