Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement inquiries, providing technical assistance and records in alignment with legal and compliance guidelines. Evaluate, process, and fulfill legal information requests in a timely manner, determining any risks or sensitivities associated with each request. Conduct blockchain analysis using investigative tools to trace illicit fund flows and identify criminal typologies.
Requirements
1+ years of experience interacting with law enforcement agencies at a federal/national or local level, at a crypto/fintech company, bank, or investigations firm. Proven investigative ability, including experience detecting patterns of illicit activity and documenting findings for law enforcement or internal stakeholders. Portuguese language proficiency with experience or readiness to serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement requests from Brazil.
