Associate Sales Manager - B2B Sales - Bilingual

Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date. Monitor and drive team call time and productivity, conducting weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions. Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories.

3 to 5 years of proven work experience in a leadership sales role. 3+ years of B2B sales experience and 1+ years of BPO experience are required. English proficiency at B2+ level is mandatory, and French is a plus.

The position is based in Mexico City Downtown Insurgentes. Candidates must be willing to commute to the site.
