Core Responsibilities

The Sales Operations & Commercial Strategy Lead drives commercial planning, performance governance, and incentive execution for Rappi Ads, partnering with Sales Leadership and SP&A to ensure revenue predictability and efficient resource allocation. This role translates financial and commercial strategy into actionable targets, incentives, and operating models across forecasting, target setting, AOP co-leadership, performance management, and compensation strategy.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Finance/FP&A, possessing strong financial and analytical skills including forecasting and modeling. Required attributes include being structured, execution-oriented, having strong business partnering abilities, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
