QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Maintain, correct, and continuously update SQL queries and corporate dashboards related to People metrics. Respond to internal data requests, interacting with People stakeholders to gather requirements and provide follow-up on solutions. Collaborate with data engineers to standardize metrics and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Extract and analyze large volumes of data to support ad hoc analytical demands from the People team.
Requirements
Practical experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), or related fields in People Analytics. Intermediate SQL skills for manipulating and extracting large datasets. Intermediate English proficiency, focusing on reading and writing technical documentation. Strong interpersonal skills and assertive communication.
