The Senior Legal Counsel will provide essential legal support across up to five countries in the LATAM region, serving as a front-line advisor to resolve local operational issues. This role involves monitoring regulations, supporting government relations, collaborating cross-functionally, and handling contract drafting and user claims.
Requirements
Candidates must possess over five years of legal experience, including at least three years in a law firm, and hold a Bachelor's degree in law. Essential expertise includes civil law, marketing/advertising regulation, consumer protection, pre-litigation, and strong contract management skills, alongside C1/C2 English proficiency and local language fluency.
