Design and manage the internal communication ecosystem to ensure clear and authentic messaging. Facilitate engagement rituals such as All Hands meetings and events to reinforce company culture. Partner with leadership on critical communications, change management, and crisis management while maintaining transparency. Manage eNPS and climate surveys to turn data into actionable plans that enhance the employee experience.

Proficiency in storytelling through engagement metrics to translate data into practical improvements. Genuine curiosity to explore new working methods and leverage technology for human connection.
