Industrial Relations Investigator

Investigate and manage all disciplinary matters escalated to the Human Resources Department. Conduct investigatory interviews and create investigation reports for disciplinary hearings. Help identify and proactively resolve issues within the company and monitor HR grievance reports to ensure timely handling.

BSc. in Human Resources Management or equivalent. A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an HRM/IR capacity. Specialized training in industrial relations is ideal.

Contract position for 6 to 12 months. The role is part-time.
