Core Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and solve external user issues. Analyze processes and instigate changes to help scale operations and improve user experience. Work closely with other Stripe teams to enhance product offerings and messaging around new products and features. Partner with global operations specialists to run critical workflows.

Requirements

User-first mindset with a passion for solving difficult problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in customer service or user-facing operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
