Requirements

Candidates must have a background in Retail, E-commerce, Last-Mile Logistics, or operational team management, preferably with a degree in Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering. Essential skills include analytical capability for KPIs, assertive communication, negotiation, quick decision-making under pressure, and basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
