HR Systems Deployment Analyst

The Deployment Analyst is responsible for implementing HR and Supply Chain projects, such as UKG Time & Attendance and Variable Pay, while supporting the project implementation following PMO methodology, testing, and training. This role involves conducting pre-deployment testing, maintaining detailed deployment documentation, communicating progress to stakeholders, and overseeing the Hypercare phase for rapid issue resolution post-deployment.
Requirements
Candidates should possess almost two years of experience in IT tool implementation and demonstrate strong project management skills for short, medium, and long-term projects. Essential qualifications include understanding Manufacturing 4.0, the difference between digitization and digitalization, and professional business proficiency in English, alongside a high level of confidentiality.
