Participate in operational transformation projects within the financial sector, supporting the gathering, analysis, documentation, and optimization of payment-related processes. Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities and document current processes. Model business processes using BPMN and support the design of future operational models.

Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and modeling business processes. Knowledge and handling of BPMN for documentation and representation of processes. Experience conducting user interviews and gathering requirements. Intermediate-advanced English (B2) is required.
