Execute follow-up, basic analysis, and incident management in eCommerce orders for Walmart and Bodega EA formats. Manage tickets and cases, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Identify and escalate incidents when deviations are detected in the process.
What We're Looking For
Incomplete degree in Business Administration or related field. 1 year of experience in administrative process management, logistics, or operations. Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of eCommerce processes.
