Managing Director Doka Chile (f/m/d)

Lead the overall business performance of Doka Chile, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and execute the country's strategic plan in alignment with regional and global business objectives. Maintain full responsibility for the country's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Significant General Management experience with full P&L responsibility. Strong commercial and sales leadership background with a proven track record of business growth. Extensive experience within the Chilean construction, engineering, or related sectors.
