Sr Software Engineer -Platform Services (MySQL)

Administer, optimize, and support MySQL databases to ensure an excellent experience for internal users. Research and evaluate new MySQL Database features to propose and implement disruptive improvements in architecture. Automate administrative tasks using scripting in Shell or Python and AI to enhance operational efficiency. Manage maintenance and support of databases in multi-cloud environments like AWS and GCP, configuring high availability solutions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in managing and optimizing MySQL database services. Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Proven experience in application monitoring and technical leadership of medium complexity initiatives. Ability to develop programmatic solutions to automate operational tasks and expose functionalities via REST APIs.
