Director, Product Management, Payment Gateway Solutions

This role is responsible for driving the ongoing development and deployment of Mastercard’s Enterprise Gateway solution across Latin America and the Caribbean, building product requirements to meet regional market and regulatory needs. The Director will own the product strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, and pricing for the region while driving adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in product management, specifically commercializing solutions within the gateway or payments space, coupled with strong skills in market and financial analysis and business case development. Success requires demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, strong customer advocacy, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
