Core Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and manage the Farming Specialists team, ensuring individual and collective targets are met while promoting a high-performance culture. Monitor team KPIs and vendor portfolio metrics, identifying deviations early and defining action plans to meet strategic objectives. Act as a reference for internal stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and aligning priorities. Design strategies for the growth and profitability of the vendor portfolio, ensuring consistent execution by the team.

Requirements

Completed degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, or related fields. At least 6 years of experience in vendor management, sales, or data-oriented commercial roles. Advanced data analysis skills and experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. SQL knowledge at the query level is desirable.
