Product Manager Especialista I - FP&A e Controladoria

Define and evolve the roadmap for FP&A and Controllership solutions, aligning squad priorities with strategic objectives. Prioritize the backlog focusing on return, operational efficiency, and scalability in financial closing and planning routines. Establish and monitor KPIs for performance, data accuracy, solution adoption, and user satisfaction.

Proven experience in Product Management, leading multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies. Strong knowledge in Controllership and FP&A processes, including corporate closing, managerial closing, accounting, costs, budgeting, and planning. Deep practical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, particularly in FI and CO modules.
