Core Responsibilities

Architect multi-agent systems using advanced orchestration frameworks to automate complex customer support procedures. Build and scale integrations to connect LLMs with internal APIs and databases. Develop automated evaluation pipelines to monitor and improve AI agent performance. Implement techniques to ensure chatbot responses are accurate and compliant with policies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience building and scaling ML/AI systems in production. Deep understanding of the LLM lifecycle and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. Strong proficiency in Python with experience in microservices architecture and high-throughput APIs. Ability to explain model behaviors to non-technical stakeholders.
