Lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to training employees in logistics operations. Coordinate training and projects to positively impact performance indicators and highlight the value of the area. Act as a reference in training, promoting communication, prioritization, and strategic alignment. Manage performance indicators and create effective action plans with responsible areas, evaluating results before and after execution.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in strategic and operational management. Knowledge in supply chain, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Availability to work on-site in São João de Meriti - RJ, from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:48 PM.
