Core Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal support in managing judicial processes related to labor, family, civil, and criminal matters involving the bank. Manage employee termination processes ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Track court dates and manage important deadlines, ensuring witnesses are informed. Assist in the analysis of data for generating necessary reports for various departments.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internships or social service in litigation firms or courts. Solid knowledge of personnel management processes and Mexican labor legislation. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
