Support the gathering and documentation of fraud operation needs. Assist in the development of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Participate in alignment meetings and track deliverables. Validate that delivered functionalities meet defined requirements and support the creation and execution of test scenarios.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Process Management, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in understanding processes and solving problems.
