Supervise the operations of the laboratory services, ensuring compliance with established procedures and technical standards. Act as the operational focal point, managing requirements and resolving issues that may affect service continuity. Lead the planning of laboratory activities, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to work programs.

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mining, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in mining laboratory operations and 2 years in supervisory roles. Knowledge of sample preparation processes, chemical analysis, and quality control is required.
