Tech Recruiter Senior Specialist

Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities and hiring strategies. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and leadership roles across Technology and Product. Develop tailored sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-impact professionals in the payments and fintech markets. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and generate market insights to support hiring strategies.
Requirements
Strong experience in recruiting senior-level and leadership positions in Technology and Product. Proven experience in the payments, fintech, and digital financial services ecosystem. Ability to navigate complex hiring processes in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level recruiting.
