Ensure the store environment is impeccable and inviting, with organized stock and cleanliness. Operate the cash register with agility and precision while maintaining excellent customer service. Act as a focal point for the team, sharing expertise in customer service and procedures, and support the manager in their absence.

High school diploma required; pursuing a higher education degree is a plus. Experience in the commercial area is necessary, with previous work in the beauty segment considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of the Office suite and digital tools is desirable.
