The Senior Accountant manages and executes accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS, overseeing monthly closings, reconciliations, and inventory accounting in a high-volume retail setting. This role also supports audits, ensures tax compliance, analyzes accounts, prepares financial statements, and promotes process automation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a valid CPA license or equivalent, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in retail. Required technical skills include strong proficiency in IFRS, tax regulations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, coupled with proven experience in closings, reconciliations, and inventory/cost accounting.
