The Supervisor Shopper is responsible for guarding operational efficiency and service quality by leading the shopper team to achieve excellence in service, ensuring agile, precise, and profitable operations. This involves managing people, analyzing data, and maintaining strategic relationships with retail partners.

Requirements

Candidates should preferably have a higher education degree in fields like Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering, coupled with experience in Retail, E-commerce, Last-Mile Logistics, or operational team management. Essential skills include analytical capabilities for KPIs, assertive communication, negotiation, quick decision-making under pressure, and basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
