What You'll Do
Analyze internal requirements for the development of new products or improvements in the Volaris app. Identify and correct errors affecting customer experience and sales in digital channels. Manage content in digital channels to ensure the app displays correct information. Monitor app performance to identify improvement opportunities and ensure proper functionality.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. No prior experience required, but familiarity with system analysis and/or development, and content management for websites or apps is desirable. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2). Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies is preferred.
