Core Responsibilities

Build responsive HTML email templates from approved design files, following the company's technical specifications and accessibility standards. Conduct thorough pre-deployment technical QA, including cross-client rendering tests and link validation. Upload and configure campaign builds within the CRM platform, and partner with CRM Campaign Managers to troubleshoot rendering issues.

Requirements

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of email accessibility standards and best practices. Ability to conduct technical QA and maintain version control for email templates.
