Monitor and supervise critical systems and processes in real-time to identify anomalies or failures. Quickly assess reported incidents, evaluate their impact, and take immediate action to resolve them. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement corrective actions and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements
At least one year of experience in similar roles, preferably in critical operations or control room environments. Solid knowledge of monitoring systems and incident management tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
