This role is responsible for the comprehensive operational performance of a cluster of cities in Colombia, ensuring the execution of the country's operational strategy focused on operational excellence, financial efficiency, and Rappi Rider experience. The position acts as the territory owner, leading live operations, data-driven decision-making, and coordination with local and central teams.
Requirements
The candidate must own the operational performance of a city cluster, adapting national strategy to local realities and prioritizing initiatives based on impact. Key duties include guaranteeing live operation stability, managing Rappi Rider supply and productivity, monitoring operational KPIs using SQL and BI tools, and leading initiatives to improve Rappi Rider satisfaction and retention.
