Key Responsibilities: Participate in client meetings as an operational subject matter expert, providing clear updates and recommendations on Amazon-related issues. Audit inventory forecasts and demand planning outputs to identify risks related to stockouts, excess inventory, seasonality, and replenishment. Monitor Amazon account health, policy compliance, and platform alerts to proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Manage and maintain catalog data, SKU files, listing attributes, and parent-child variation structures. Handle case management and escalate critical issues including ASIN suspensions, Brand Registry disputes, listing suppressions, and compliance reviews. Monitor inventory performance metrics, including In-Stock Rate and IPI score. Support onboarding activities for new client accounts and operational transitions. Participate in cross-functional meetings to review performance, address blockers, and improve operational workflows. Provide timely updates to internal teams and clients regarding issue resolution and operational performance. Manage multiple Amazon brands/accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality and responsiveness. Remain calm and solution-oriented during high-priority operational escalations.
Requirements
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts or working within an e-commerce agency environment. Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, account health. Experience with inventory management, forecasting, replenishment planning, and operational reporting. Great written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable participating in client-facing meetings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts simultaneously. Comfortable working independently while maintaining proactive communication with team members. Nice-to-Haves: Experience onboarding new clients. Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces. Experience with Walmart.com operations. Experience using inventory forecasting and planning software. Agency experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously.
