Associate Technical Services Engineer II
MongoDBCore Responsibilities
Work alongside our largest customers to solve complex challenges related to architecture, performance, recovery, and security. Act as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale. Advocate for customer needs by interfacing with product management and development teams. Contribute to internal projects, including the development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
Requirements
Strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database architecture, and application architecture. Experience with large-scale production environments, including hardware, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and cloud resources (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
