CX Agent
RappiCore Responsibilities
The CX Agent will actively contact and prospect restaurants and businesses via phone, email, and digital channels to integrate them into the Rappi platform. This involves presenting Rappi's value solutions, negotiating terms, closing commercial agreements, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead identification to successful activation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in cold calling, call centers, or similar commercial roles. Essential requirements include outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a results-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
