Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy & Demand Generation Own and execute the overall growth and demand generation strategy. Develop systems to increase brand visibility and market awareness. Build scalable lead generation and lead nurturing processes. Create and optimize marketing funnels that drive qualified opportunities. Support product launches and revenue-generating initiatives. Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership Amplify the company's brand and leadership presence across digital channels. Develop and execute content distribution strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and other platforms. Identify opportunities for partnerships, media exposure, and industry positioning. Build awareness around AI-focused products, services, and educational offerings. AI-Powered Marketing Systems Identify and implement AI-driven marketing workflows and automation systems. Leverage AI tools to improve content production, research, campaign execution, and lead nurturing. Continuously evaluate new AI technologies that improve marketing efficiency and results. Build scalable systems that reduce manual work and increase output. Content & Revenue Marketing Oversee content strategy across multiple formats including: Thought leadership content. Short-form video. Long-form educational content. Email campaigns. Lead magnets. Product launch campaigns. Webinar promotions. Ensure content supports measurable business objectives and revenue goals. Performance & Optimization Monitor marketing performance and key growth metrics. Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Track lead generation, conversion, and revenue contribution. Provide recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
Requirements
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or brand strategy. Proven experience growing founder-led brands, consulting businesses, coaching businesses, SaaS products, educational companies, or personal brands. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead generation systems. Experience building and managing scalable marketing processes. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring business outcomes. Hands-on experience using AI tools within marketing workflows. Ability to work independently and strategically in a remote environment. Professional English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-focused products or AI-driven marketing initiatives. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Opus Clip, Canva, Kajabi, or similar platforms. Experience with LinkedIn growth strategies. Experience with webinar marketing and educational product launches. Experience with email marketing automation and CRM systems. Background in sales enablement, consulting, training, or professional education industries. Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker who focuses on business outcomes, not just marketing activity.
