Core Responsibilities

Perform active and receptive telephone support, in-person assistance, and digital channel support for customers, directing them to consultants as needed. Execute internal and external actions according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and external duties. Manage daily electronic time registration in the system according to established working hours.

Requirements

High school diploma required. Skills in public service and teamwork are essential. Experience with computers or a willingness to learn is necessary. Preferred qualifications include ongoing higher education, CPA10 certification, and experience in sales and customer prospecting through digital and active sales.
