Relocation & Employee Experience Specialist Junior+

Support employees throughout the end-to-end relocation process, including documentation, visas, travel, and other relocation-related steps. Coordinate welcome sessions and onboarding activities for newcomers during their first days. Organize social and community activities to strengthen connections between international and Colombian employees.

Experience in HR, Relocation, People Operations, Community Management, Event Coordination, or another people-facing operational role. B1 or higher English level and Russian language proficiency for communication with colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
