Create, analyze, and direct actions based on NPS, FPP, predictive counts, Full and Returns, and manage non-conformities with autonomy and strategic focus. Monitor, structure, and optimize operational reports and indicators using tools like macros, data queries, and dashboards to expedite decision-making. Apply quality methodologies and tools such as PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5S, FMEA, ASP, and statistics to solve deviations and optimize processes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience with analytical activities involving large data volumes, quality management, continuous improvement, and KPI control. Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Tools, and basic statistics. Knowledge of SQL, BI, Looker Studio, Python, and SAP.
