Core Responsibilities

Implement regional standards for Loss Prevention, ensuring operational excellence and proposing value-added solutions. Monitor key performance indicators for the area, prepare reports on security incidents, and conduct risk-based security audits. Promote a culture of Loss Prevention within logistics operations and represent the area in multidisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Private Security, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in logistics operations, security process mapping and auditing, continuous improvement, and project implementation. Advanced proficiency in Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Presentations, with experience in asset security and knowledge of Lenel and Genetec systems as a plus.
